Preparing for a wedding is supposed to be the most fun a bride can have!
Okay, maybe it is the most stressful time of her life, depending on how much she takes onto her plate to prepare for the big day. There quite a lot to prepare for when it comes to a wedding.
Either way, there is one thing all brides look forward to – getting their dress. Even if they aren’t big on fancy, over-the-top dresses, every bride still wants to look nice and feel confident on their special day.
Aniwa Graham was searching for the perfect gown, but she was self-conscious about the third-degree burns she had on her arms. When she was a child, she was splashed with boiling water and she has had the burns since then.
While looking for a dress, Aniwa found one, but she couldn’t afford it. Lucky for her, one gracious bridal shop in Australia, Aubrey Rose, was donating dresses to women who couldn’t afford them.
Aniwa was 2nd in line among many brides hoping to get a dress. When the shop owner saw her, they handed her the dress she wanted for free, and it wasn’t even part of the giveaway!
