Nothing is off limits when it comes to Amy Schumer’s comedy, so why would you expect her to share some overly saccharine anniversary post like that rando from middle school you’re still friends with on Facebook?

Schumer and furniture designer boyfriend Ben Hanisch celebrated one year as a couple on Saturday with two very different social media posts that could not complement each other more hilariously.

“A year ago today I met the love of my life,” Schumer captioned an endearingly unflattering photo of Hanisch mid-bite at a sports game. “Happy anniversary fuckface. #Iwantoseeotherpeople.”

Earlier in the day, Hanisch took a different approach to spreading the love, posting a throwback black-and-white photo from the night he knew he wanted a lifelong relationship with Schumer.

“A year ago I met the love of my life. We both weren’t looking for a relationship at the time, but something felt right from the very first night we met,” he wrote. “We ended up spending 6 days in a row together. This pic was taken in New Orleans and was the night I knew I wanted to spend my life with her.”

Schumer first met Hanisch on a private social network “aimed at creative people” after she signed up with a little encouragement from her “Trainwreck” co-star, Vanessa Bayer, the Chicago Tribune reports.

The comedian made her main photo a no-makeup selfie taken on a hike. It apparently got the attention of Hanisch, Schumer’s first match on the site, only 40 minutes after she joined.

“He was dancing with his grandmother in his profile picture at what looked like a wedding. His song was ‘LSD’ by ASAP Rocky, my favorite song on that album. He wasn’t an actor or photographer by trade like all the other guys and he didn’t live in L.A. or New York,” Schumer wrote in her new book, The Girl with the Lower Back Tattoo. “He was a Chicago guy. We sent each other very simple hellos and short, funny messages.”

Schumer to everyone toiling away on dating apps around the world:
